Here it is in summary: I love these shorts. I got the anthracite color. See photos. But I'm gonna have to get the other colors as well, because I want to wear them every day. Why? It's the little things. And they all add up.Very first thing I noticed when I put them on, they've got the logo along the inside of the waistband. This isn't just a logo. It's a raised/ribbed rubberized logo that helps keep them in place. And it has the feel of quality. True of the whole pair. There's also a nice subtle logo under the left pocket, on the outside.They are light and breathable. The waistband is elastic, but it's not "stretchy" like a pair of gym shorts/basketball shorts would be. I got the same size as my best fitting pair of jeans, and the fit was spot on. There are belt loops, but I hate having to wear a belt if I don't want to, because these are so light and a belt would make them heavier.The materials is magic. It's breathable mesh (see photos) but you could never ever tell it by looking at it, even up close. You have to hold up a single layer with a bright light shining through it to see the holes. Otherwise it looks like a really nice pair of slacks. A great texture, both visual and feel.I can't stand cheap zippers that stick. These are not that. This one glides super smooth all the way up and down. And the pull tab has a nice rubber/plastic cover so it's easy to grab and doesn't get stuck where you have to fish it out.The pockets feel like silk. Slick. Love em. It's silly, but this might just be my favorite thing about these shorts.One last thing. I can throw my knee up straight to my chin and these shorts don't miss a beat. I just want all my clothes made of this material.
